Make XUL as easy to use as HTML

The goal is to have a standard, yet flexible GUI toolkit for developers to use that supports easier development of cross platform applications. The focus will be on a set of foundation classes and types that package authors can link to which is impervious to any theming changes that occur outside the application. This is a base GUI toolkit not a variable theming mechanism.

Future goals and features can be the development of additional GUI toolkit styles and widgets w/ the least amount of redundency. For now the goal is to create a simple installable base set of GUI widgets.
